Elev8tor combines elements of downtempo, neo-soul, and house music in a hybrid live/electronic performance. Consisting of vocalist Darcy Markham, drummer Sam Sharp (J Davis Trio), bassist Olin Langley (of Marvin Tate fame), guitarist Bryan Ford (B. Ford & Goulet), and keyboardist/producer Kevin Ford of CAbP, the group layers computer generated loops beneath a deep, danceable, live urban vibe.
